Shipping
Flat rate standard shipping applies to all orders at the rate seen in the checkout. Only US destinations are currently being processed. Please allow 1-2 days for order fulfillment, although this is normally done the business day after the order is placed. For expedited shipping order, please email hello@genterie.com for a current quote.
Returns
Unused items may be returned for up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Discounted items are final sale. Bath, beauty, grooming, fragrance, and consumable products are final sale. Please contact us at hello@genterie.com or (337) 401-3833 to have a return approved. For online orders, a refund will be issued for an approved return once it is received in new, unused condition, with the tags still on the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. For in store purchases, store credit will be issued.
