Return Policy

Unused items may be returned for up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Discounted items are final sale. Bath, beauty, grooming, fragrance, and consumable products are final sale. Please contact us at info@genterie.com or (337) 401-3833 to have a return approved. For online orders, a refund will be issued for an approved return once it is received in new, unused condition, with the tags still on the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. For in store purchases, store credit will be issued.
